The visual communication project for the Roy Lichtenstein / Multiple Visions exhibition was built on the basis of a simple and widely encoded visual alphabet within the artist’s work.
The large typographic print-screen reproduced by Lichtenstein through the use of stencil masks have become, together with the lines and colors most used by the artist, the palette with which to build the whole visual identity project. Large backgrounds of primary colors are flanked by an out-of-scale screen or macro hatching, embracing a significant work for each section of the exhibition. Eight immersive graphic interventions that transport the visitor into Lichtenstein’s visual language.
