This is a visual identity for the yacht race La Transat AG2R La Mondiale, funded by the insurance company AG2R La Mondiale. It is a surprising identity for the sports and sailing worlds: colourful, versatile and eye-catching.
Scintillating colours and shapes are used to create a link to the imagery of water sports. The style is based on the international maritime flags representing the alphabet: a total of 26 different symbols in the 8 colours that feature in the insurance company’s house-style. A number of these symbols and the AG2R La Mondiale logo have been incorporated into the new Transat AG2R La Modiale identity.
