TW 13–19 (139)

As one of Scandinavias leading fashion and jewellery brands, Tom Wood wanted to design a publication that reflects their artistic ambitions. The result is ‘TW 13–19 (139),’ a hybrid publication equal parts artist book and catalogue. Inside is a complete overview of the jewellery range – 139 pieces – Tom Wood has created since its start in 2013.

Early in the process we wanted to embed six years of experience and experimentation into an artistic reflection of Tom Woods product range. We found a strong connection – metaphorically and historically – between the moon and Tom Woods most favourable material, silver. Silver is used as a point of reference both for indexing, colour-breaks, materiality and is also a poetic juxtaposition tool between the history and the jewellery. The final output is an effective tool for international launches, events and a product that communicates Tom Woods ambitions and values.
