Maksimilian is an awarded innovation consultant and entrepreneur. He has developed creative processes and agile strategies for global brands, advertising agencies, and educational institutions.
Maks’s mission is to democratise creativity and break the stereotypes of whom we consider ‘creatives’. He believes that this is done through inclusion. In 2018 Maksimilian was listed as one of the top 50 male advocates for equality in marketing and media, globally. His work has led him to speak on prestigious platforms, including United Nations General Assembly and Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity.
Today Maks is serving as a board member at The World Woman Foundation and Chairperson at Hyper Island AI Business Consultant program.
