Barbara van Santen is a communications professional and graphic designer with a strong background in the creative and non-profit sector, based in Amsterdam. With a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Maastricht Institute of Arts and a master’s degree from Maastricht University, Barbara has made significant contributions to organizations such as the European Cultural Foundation, the Erasmus Prize Foundation, and the architecture firm NOAHH.
Currently, she serves as Communications Manager at the Association of Dutch Designers (BNO), the largest community of designers and design agencies in the Netherlands, and holds the position of editor-in-chief of Dd, Dutch designers Yearbook. In her work, she is dedicated to visually strengthening and branding organizations committed to a positive societal impact.
