David Pérez Medina

Branding & Packaging

David is a designer with a wide range of interests who combines his professional practice with teaching, unable to decide which he enjoys most. He holds a degree in Fine Arts, specialising in Design (UCM), and a Master’s Degree in Design Management (EOI).

He is Professor and Director of the Master’s Degree in Graphic Design at UDIT (University of Design, Innovation and Technology). Alongside this role, he has directed programmes and taught at various national and international institutions, including the Coventry School of Design (United Kingdom), AP Hogeschool (Antwerp, Belgium), the Monterrey Institute of Technology (Mexico), and institutions in Mali.

In parallel with his academic activity, David works as Associate Creative Director at Estudio Pérez Medina, an agency with a marked interest in cultural and carefully crafted products, developing projects ranging from branding and packaging to exhibition and editorial design, as well as integrated 360° projects, for both private companies and public administrations.

He has been recognised by students at the European University (UE) as the best teacher in Design and has received more than 15 national and international awards for his professional work. His social and environmental commitment informs both his teaching and his work as a designer.
