Péter Vasvári is a designer, educator, author, curator, and advocate for the recognition of graphic design as a respected discipline worldwide. He is the Founder of the Hungarian Logo Society and the Hungarian Logo Award, initiatives aimed at celebrating and advancing the craft of logo design in Hungary and beyond.
Péter’s academic background includes studies in cartooning, video filmmaking, and visual education, culminating in a teaching and graphic designer artist diploma. With a passion for sharing knowledge, he has mentored many students and professionals, fostering the next generation of creative talent.
As a curator and publisher, Péter has authored and managed important publications such as Hungarian Logos, Hungarian Graphic Design TOP 100, and the Hungarian Logo Award 2024 books, which spotlight the works of Hungarian graphic designers and celebrate their contributions to the design community.
Throughout his career Péter is deeply committed to promoting the appreciation of graphic design as an integral cultural and professional practice, both in Hungary and around the world.
