Slava is a designer, public speaker, and educator. He leads product design at Wolters Kluwer Enablon, writes articles on diverse UX topics for Smashing Magazine and his Medium blog, teaches at Projector Creative & Tech Institute, and speaks at conferences across Europe.
Although Slava studied journalism, eventually he found his passion in design and now applies his journalistic skills in this area. With over 12 years of all-around design experience, he has worked at consultancies and product companies, within B2B and B2C realms, in various industries, and in hands-on and managerial positions. A signature element of Slava’s public activity is his hilarious memes based on medieval art.
